What we do
Chelsea Community Hospital offers a full range of services providing a comprehensive approach to caring for the health and well-being of the area's growing senior population. These services maximize independence, ensure the dignity of individuals and their families, and link seniors to many community resources. Whether it's for surgery, an x-ray, or rehabilitation after a stroke or heart attack, seniors can be confident of the expert quality care they will receive at CCH. In addition, CCH offers numerous classes and support groups to meet each individual's needs.
Our campus is accessible and senior-friendly. Close, convenient parking, a heated ramp to our main entrance, as well as a free shuttle service are provided for the comfort of our patients.
