Chelsea Community Hospital’s Behavioral Health Department is pleased to offer Personal Action Toward Health (PATH), a free workshop for people living with long-term health problems.

PATH is specially designed to provide skills and tools to people living with chronic conditions. People with diabetes; cancer; arthritis; high blood pressure; heart, kidney, or lung disease; stress; anxiety; depression; and many other conditions have benefited from this workshop.

PATH can help participants manage everyday activities and symptoms, reduce stress, increase energy, and maintain independence.

The six-week workshop is facilitated by two trained leaders, one or both of whom have a chronic disease themselves. It is highly interactive, providing participants with support and confidence.

Interested participants may wish to attend an informational session on Wednesday, March 14, at 10 am. The workshop will take place every Wednesday, March 28 through May 2, from 10 am to 12:30 pm. All workshops will be located in the CCH Behavioral Health Clinic, Clocktower Commons, 350 North Main Street, Suite 150, Chelsea.

For more information, call 734-475-4040, ext. 2766.
