"Hatha Yoga Class"
Beginner / Intermediate
Bring more peace to your body and mind. Increase flexibility, energy level and strength at your own pace in a non-competitive setting. Meditation and breathing techniques included. Participants need to be able to move between a standing position and a hands and knees position with ease. The purpose of yoga is integration, purification and discipline of the mind, body and heart, which will lead all to liberation from the circle of pain, distress and anxiety.
Wear comfortable clothing bring a firm blanket or sticky mat and bottled water.
Please refrain from eating at least two hours before class.
Class is held in the Wellness Center located off the Pavilion Lobby. Please use the South Entrance off Levan Road. Entrance to the Wellness Studio is by Elevator B.
