Our therapists are nationally certified ABMP and AMTA members, and are experienced professionals who have extensive training in various massage techniques and bodywork therapies. We blend various therapeutic methods to help people with issues such as muscle and nerve pain, postural distortion, repetitive use injury, prolonged stress, injury or illness.

Active Release Technique® A massage technique based on the soft tissue system and movement of the body. Used to treat problems with muscles, nerves, tendons, ligaments and fascia. Treatment helpful for repetitive use injuries that cause pain or discomfort. Commonly used by Ironman® athletes. (Offered only in Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti location)
Hot Stone A soothing massage therapy utilizing waterheated basalt stones placed at specific points on the body to promote relaxation. Muscles are pretreated with the heated stones, allowing the therapist to more easily perform deep tissue manipulations.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage technique which uses light pressure to manually move fluid through the body. This massage promotes a healthy immune system by pulling out toxins and removing blockages from the lymphatic system.
Muscle Release Technique (MRT) A unique therapy that combines stretching and compression to assist in the pain relief of repetitive use injuries.
Myofascial Therapy (MYO) Uses very mild pressure and gentle forms of stretching and traction to help release tension and relieve pain.
Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) Utilizes special massage techniques, functional assessment and stretching to treat various chronic and acute pain conditions.
Prenatal Tailored specifically to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies, this therapeutic massage relaxes tense muscles, eases sore spots, improves circulation and mobility, and just makes our mommyto- be feel good!
Seated Massage A quick and relaxing way to experience a professional massage, more often, to combat the rigors of daily stress. A seated massage is designed specifically to relax the muscles and improve circulation and movement within the body.
Tandem Just imagine, one body (yours) and two massage therapists flowing in synchronized harmony for the ultimate massage, designed for tension releasing, deep relaxation and rebalancing.
Two by Two Massage Our two by two room is specially designed to accommodate two clients and two massage therapists simultaneously. This is a special experience for couples, friends, patients and their guests to receive swedish massage.
Inpatient Massage Therapy Services Inpatients have the option of experiencing a Swedish massage in their room with permission from their physician/mid-level provider. Some benefits of having a massage during your hospital stay are:

- Decreases muscle soreness by increasing local circulation and oxygen to contracted muscle tissues, thus allowing the muscle fibers to relax.
