Nutrition, Medication and Treatment of Breast Cancer - Breast Cancer Support Group Presentation
St. Mary Mercy Hospital is offering a Breast Cancer Support Group Presentation called “Nutrition, Medication and Treatment of Breast Cancer” on Tuesday, December 13 from 7 to 8 p.m. in the Our Lady of Hope Cancer Center Atrium. The speaker is Harmesh R. Naik, MD, Oncologist, St. Mary Mercy Hospital.
Dr. Naik will answer questions you may have about nutrition, medication, treatment and breast cancer related issues. In this open forum Dr. Naik will provide answers to those questions that sometimes we are apprehensive to ask our doctor.
This class is a Breast Cancer Support Group presentation, however, all are welcome. The St. Mary Mercy Breast Cancer Support Group meets the second Tuesday of every month and promotes a positive, comfortable environment offering a place for breast cancer survivors to gather together to share their experiences, learn coping techniques and find emotional support. This is an open-ended support group for any woman with a diagnosis of breast cancer. Women can join at any time during or after treatment for support, information and sharing.
