Smoked Salmon Cracker Toppers Recipe

Serve this easy, no-cook smoked salmon appetizer before any dinner or as a cocktail party hors d'oeuvre. Three crackers have only 117 calories, but contain omega-3 fats and 6 grams of protein.

Ingredients

    • 4 Tbsp fat free sour cream
    • 12 whole grain crackers
    • 12 slices of cucumber (1/8-inch thick)
    • 3 oz smoked salmon, sliced into bite-size pieces
    • 2 Tbsp chopped chives or dill

Preparation

    • Evenly divide sour cream among crackers. Place cucumber slices on top of sour cream. Top with salmon pieces.
    • Garnish with chopped chives. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
