When you crave something sweet, try this easy fruit salad that is loaded with vitamin C and antioxidants. This low calorie fruit salad can double as a quick, healthy snack or yogurt topping.

Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 cups blueberries
    • 2 cups strawberries, quartered
    • 2 large mangoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    • 1 cup raspberries
    • 1/2 cup red seedless grapes, halved
    • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
    • 1/4 cup finely chopped mint

Preparation

    • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss gently. Chill, covered, for 1 hour. Serve chilled.
