Julie DeMay, OTR
Julie is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University. She is a registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) and has been practicing occupational therapy since 1995. She has both inpatient and outpatient experience. She treats a variety of diagnosis and has experience in hand therapy, neuro. Rehabilitation and orthopedics.  She also performs pre-driving evaluations at Saint Joseph Livingston Hospital. Julie is the Site Leader for the Howell and Brighton clinics and has been with the St. Joes system since 2002.

Paulette Harp, MPT, CHT, CLT
Paulette is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in physiology and a Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan – Flint. She has been a physical therapist since 1991 and became a certified hand therapist in 1997. Paulette also received certification for treating Lymphedema in 2007. She enjoys treating outpatients at St. Joseph Mercy Livingston Hospital as well as St. Joseph Mercy Brighton.

Connie Holladay, PTA
Connie is a graduate of Baker College where she received an Associate of Applied Science as a physical therapist assistant in 2003. She has worked with a wide range of patients from a total ankle replacements to breast reconstruction. Connie’s area of expertise includes working with patients with gait deficits and ankle/foot issues.

Patricia Lurvey, MPT, ATC
Patti is a graduate of Hope College and Duke University and holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. She has been a certified athletic trainer since 1986 and has been practicing physical therapy since 1988. Patti is the Site Leader for the Howell and Brighton locations. She has significant experience with sport medicine and enjoys working with athletes. Patti has extensively studied the Gary Gray approach to therapy, which focuses on improving function through exercise. Patti is currently applying this approach in the treatment of geriatric patients by improving the patient’s ability to function safely at home and in the community.

Danielle Majors, OTR, ATC
Danielle is a graduate of Ohio Northern University and the University of Indianapolis. She is a registered occupational therapist (OTR) and certified athletic trainer (ATC). Danielle has been practicing hand and occupational therapy since 1998. Her area of expertise is orthopedics. Danielle enjoys teaching patients proper ergonomics for work and home to prevent injury. She also performs physical ability tests at the Brighton Health Center location and pre-driving evaluations at St. Joseph Mercy Livingston Hospital.

Leah McDonald, MPT
Leah received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Central Michigan University in 1997. Leah focuses her treatment techniques on manual therapy as it is applied to the cervical and lumbar spine, as well as the extremities and has attended several Stanley Paris continuing education courses. She has extensive training in vestibular rehab and enjoys working with pediatric patients and patients with neurological conditions. Leah is also a Certified Clinical Instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association and strives to provide positive and challenging clinical experiences for students of all levels.

Debra Reish-Mitchell (Rudy)
Rudy received her bachelors and masters degree from The University Of Michigan and has been practicing Physical Therapy since 1993. She has attended numerous continuing education courses with the emphasis on shoulder, knee and hand pathologies. Rudy focuses her treatment techniques on manual therapy as it applies to the extremities. In addition, Rudy has clinical knowledge of Hand therapy and splinting techniques.
