• You must know the patient’s first and last name for the message to be delivered. If they have a hyphenated last name please include. Please do not use nicknames.
• Greeting cards cannot be delivered to patients who have been discharged. We cannot deliver to patients that have chosen to remain confidential and have asked not to be included in our hospital directory.
• Greetings are delivered twice a day, Monday – Friday.
• Any greeting received after 3:00 pm will be delivered on the next business day.
