Hip and Knee Exercises

We Are With You Every Step Of The Way

When you are undergoing joint replacement, whether it’s hip or knee, exercise and physical therapy play a critical role in every stage of the process.  An important part of your responsibility is to begin exercising before surgery and to continue through your hospital stay and during your post-surgery recovery period. By taking an active part in rehabilitative exercises and doing them regularly, you will not only prepare yourself for your surgery, but they will help you to heal better and restore your mobility.

The following exercise videos are an easy-to-follow way to keep your joint care journey on track.
