Miracle of Life Birthing Center

The Miracle of Life Birthing Center offers a family-centered philosophy of care. Our mission is to provide care that best meets the physical, educational, spiritual and emotional needs of new mothers, families and support persons.

All private Labor, Delivery, Recover and Postpartum (LDRP) suites offer a comfortable, family-centered environment. We offer couplet care where the same nurse will care for you and your newborn. Healthy newborns remain in the room with their mothers. Staff interact and provide care in a manner that accommodates the patient's needs. Mothers and newborns are able to remain in the same room from adfmission to discharge. Lactation consultants are on site to help mothers with breastfeeding.

All Birthing Center obstetricians and gynecologists are board certified. There is an obstetrician on site in the Birthing Center 24 hours a day. Neonatology personnel (specialists in newborn care) are on site 24 hours a day. There is 24-hour Anesthesia coverage in the Birthing Center to provide epidural anesthesia as needed.
