Urgent Referrals:
Call 712-3800 leave a message and press #211 to make your message urgent. A chaplain will be paged immediately to listen to your message and respond.
Dial “O” ask operator to page the chaplain on-call to your number.
Non-urgent referrals:
Send a computer generated referral, if possible using the language of the Spiritual Needs Continuum:
Thriving—Fragile—Distressing—Despairing
Chaplains can also be given referrals in person as we round on our units.
